This claim was thrown out by the High Court in London in June 2009. All 19 allegations were dismissed. Costs orders totalling over £ 400,000 have been made against the Claimant. There is a General Civil Restraint Order against her. A bankruptcy petition has been issued based on the costs orders. She has been struck off as a Solicitor (ie Attorney. Kindly amend your records.
